We're a group of NYU students who created an Amazon Webstore for college students who are in relationships/dating. (All our profits go to JustGive, an organization that makes donating easier for people by matching their interests with specific charities.)
We created this tumblr just to share with our customers what we think about dating, what makes a good gift, etc.

Facebook FanPage Contest

Congratulations to Colin Quek for winning our Facebook Contest!

The question was: What is your idea of the perfect date?

Colin’s winning answer was:

On a Saturday night, much like this one, go to the Pond at Bryant Park for a nice round of ice skating. The perfect time would be a little bit later, maybe around 10, so it’s not completely crowded, yet not devoid of life either (so we can ask them to take pictures for us). Some clumsy, but cute skating ensues. Hold hands (aww), breathe in the cool, crisp air, and talk about the weather, what kind of day we had, gossip about other couples, politics… anything that comes to mind. Then make the brisk walk over to Starbucks and find a comfy spot inside. Melt away into a steamy cup of hot chocolate and chitchat about how lucky we are that Starbucks is on every corner, how lucky we are that we have a night free, how lucky we are to be together… Walk her home and while she’s getting her keys, linger just long enough to see if its the right moment……… End. Perfect.
